This beautiful camping trek is a great introduction to the beauty of the Annapurna range and to the Buddhist Gurung culture. Sikles is one of the largest Gurung villages in Nepal and offers an opportunity to learn about this unique traditional culture. A model trekking village, Sikles is a central part of the Annapurna Conservation Area (ACA). It is newly explored and virgin trekking routes in the southern Gurung settlement of Nepal above the Mardi Khola (1,980 m) overlooking Annapurna IV to the north and Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal to the east. Easy to achieve and a lot of delight to offer, this fascinating trek is popular among both national and international tourists.This new trek offers a truly captivating village experience where we get to see the real rural Nepal.

Our Sikles trek starts from Kathmandu to our destination Sikles via. Pokhara and Yangakot. Sikles is the second most popular village on Annapurna Region after Poonhill for the panorama view of snow-peaked mountains. We draw back from Sikles and return back to Kathmandu via. Tara hill top and Pokhara. We guarantee you fun, pleasure and a magnificent insight into the natural and cultural heritage of the tiny Himalayan country, Nepal.

Day 1: Arrival day

From Tribhuvan International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel by our office representative. you will be invited to visit our office for a briefing about your program and have a short meeting with us. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Drive or fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara

Drive or fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
Today we drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It takes 6 to 7 hours. If we fly from Kathmandu to pokhara it takes only 25 minutes to reach there. On that day we have free day in pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 3: Pokhara to yangakot

Early in the morning we have a breakfast at hotel and drive to kalikasthan. We trek 5 -6 hour to Yangakot. During the day we are seeing local village and culture on the trial.

Day 4: Yangakot to Sikles

Early morning we have breakfast at tea house and trek 5-6 hour. Today we are seeing local culture and gurung village. Today we trek from Yangakot all the way to Sikles. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 5: Sikles to Tara hill top

Early in the morning we have breakfast at tea house and trek to tara hill top. On that day we are seeing the Annapurna, Machapuchhre, lamjung himal, gangapurna and so many peaks.

Day 6: Tara hill top to Pokhara

Today early in the morning in teahouse and we are downwards to Bhujurung Khola. From Bhujurung Khola we are drive to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 7: Pokhara to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we check out from hotel and return back to Kathmandu covering 204 km distance in 5-6 hours travel time. After arriving to Kathmandu, we then stay at hotel for rest and overnight. You can also enjoy doing some last minute shopping around Thamel area. Overnight in Thamel.

Day 8: Departure day

Our trekking in Nepal ends today. Our representative will drop you at the Tribhuvan International Airport three hours before the scheduled flight. We give you much fun and memory that you’ll never forget about.
